The bishops of the United States have noted a need for a National Eucharistic Revival, encouraging people to have a deeper appreciation of the Real Presence of Our Lord in the awesome gift of the Eucharist. In addition to the usual first Friday Eucharistic Adoration we have at St. Mary's, we will be having additional opportunities on 7/24 and 8/27. Thursday, August 15th, is the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Masses will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 14th, at 5 p.m. and Thursday, August 15th, at 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. As is customary, the collection taken will benefit the Saint Vincent de Paul Society in their important work here.
